The Hotel room is designed to fit on a 3.5m (W) x 10m (L) steel reinforced concrete slab poured in factory and transported to site at a later stage. A steel structure on each corner of the slab is implanted to set base for four concrete columns. Vertical reinforcement is inserted into the pe-installed conduit then grouted. The Hotel room includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom, a bedroom area and a lounge. The single pods are stacked vertically and horizontally to shape a full building. This process is repeated allowing a fast and effective construction of a high-rise.
